Delivery is available to Australia and World Wide. We usually ship your parcel within 24 hours Monday to Friday, but during busy periods or around public holidays, it may take up to 3 business days. These times are also subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.

All goods will be delivered by Australia Post.

Shipping to New Zealand and the rest of the world will be shipped with Standard International Australian Post Service which includes tracking and has an estimated delivery time of 6+ business days.

Shipping fees are not refundable in the case of returns.

Important information

All Click and send Post Satchels have a tracking number for Australia delivery. This tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. If package is not received in 7 working days please contact Australia post or go to their website ( ) to track it. We can not deliver to a to a Postal Box or similar address.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by Australia post or the associated Freight company.

The shipping time frames are a guide only and we offer no guarantees or refunds on postage should Australia Post delay the shipment, and we cannot be held responsible for their delays. No refunds will be provided on shipping, should your order arrive later than expected and we are also unable to lodge requests on the customers behalf should delays occur.
